Persistance always pays off...

After my 3rd pair of 7 (Seven for all Mankind) jeans ripped in the ass, I decided to contact the company. For over $150 a pair, these damn jeans should be able to make it thru a world war. After many attempts to get in touch with someone to explain how the last 3 pairs I bought over the past year have fallen apart, they agreed to replace them! Woot! After sending them the 3 defective pairs, I just got my three new pairs of Seven jeans in the mail.


It's amazing to find out that we actually have rights as the consumer.
