Damn it feels good to be a gangsta'

I am counting down the days until I embark on my vacation. March 28th I leave SFO enroute Bergen, Norway. It will be a lengthy trip - layover in Munich, flight into Bergen and then a 2 hour trip to a small island where I will be staying with the Kipp Kipp clan! I am going to see Fjords, go snowboarding in Voss, and try whale meat for the first time. So excited to then be meeting up with Heather in Oslo for a weekend before I head to Cologne, Germany to stay with Dani for a week. It will be non-stop fun as we are going to Berlin for a few days before I have to head back to SF. tear tear - back to normality. broke as hell with an amazing adventure behind me....

First Thursdays, open galleries, Free vino and sushi!

So tonight I am going to 49 Geary to partake in some fine art and free wine. What could be better!? I love the Rena Bransten gallery - which is exhibiting R. Crumb drawings..


This "First Thursdays" is a monthly event in San Francisco, which I have only been to once before in the 7 years that I have lived here. I am meeting Momma, Kerrie and Kipp there and we will go where the night takes us...hopefully not too far! ;)



This weekend I really want to go snowboarding, but looking at the snow report for Tahoe is not very inspiring. I had to recently buy new snowboarding boots, as I could not find mine (which I had only used 3 times!!) Now I can not seem to locate any of my snowboarding clothes...so this is something else that I must get. My old snowboard pants were a bit short on me - so I would rather get a new pair then be flooding.
