So this weekend I went to Pebble Beach with my hubby and out "Besties" R and D. We stayed with a 98 year old lady, who had not updated her 1960's era guest area (complete with yellow shag carpet!!). R and D's friends are this lady's caretaker and they have a sweet apartment in the house as well (Sadly, no shag carpet). So this 98 year old lady took a liking to my hubby's teeshirt (which had the Modern Amusement logo of a bird) and she started talking about how she used to be an avid fisher(wo)man!

Anyways, got a little sidetracked there. This bike was built by Ramsey's (R's friend) dad and its crazy. It was fun to ride it around the driveway but I was too afraid I was going to crash to ride it down to the beach. Besides needed to save my energy for a 15 mile bike ride into Monterey. Oy Vey!
