A one legged, homeless man in a wheelchair accosted/groped me...

So I was at the AM/PM gas station on 15th/Mission (across from the 'Porn palace'). I head to the pay station and a homeless dude starts talking to me. " Let me help you pump gas, I need money for Cheetos's...can you spare some change. blah blah. He goes on and on, and I politely ignore him at first and then acknowledge that I can pump the gas myself and I don't have any money to spare. So what does he do? Rolls his wheelchair right in front of my gas tank and won't let me pump my gas. "Very Funny" I say while trying to squeeze past him. He then simultaneously punches me in the ass with one had, and gets a good grab with the other. I am fired up and start chasing after him yelling profanities and vowing to beat him to a bloody pulp. And my god, I have never seen a wheelchair move so fast.

In some ironic way, this is only something that one can laugh at. I mean how often is it that one is groped by a one legged homeless man in a wheelchair. I hope not often.
