Spare the Air Bitches.

So we have had 3 Spare the Air days here in San Francisco in the past week. They are great. Free transit all across the Bay Area in an attempt to reduce the number of car commuters. Perfect for them. Sure, public trans is a bit inconvienent.

Seriously, what happened to the weather in SF - it was hot as hell the past week and now the damn fog has rolled in.

Going climbing tonight for the first time in a long time. When I was living in England, I was so fit - rode my bike to work/school - went climbing 2 - 3 times a week. Life was good - before I got the spare tire. Wine is just so tasty. I love wine. Sure I sound like a booze'o. I thought I was getting my exercise by walking 4 blocks to BART every morning/evening. And of course I thought I was actually working out when I went out dancing at popscene (forgot to factor in the 4 beers I consumed at every dance night.) Ok so now I am turning over a new leaf. More exercise and ((cringe)) less drinking.

my current obsessions:
- Mexi-Snax - all natural corn tortilla chips with seasame
- trying to constantly look busy at work, while actually surfing Craigslist all day (leading to my next obsession)
- finding a 2bd apt with washer/dryer and garage for the "beast" under $2,500. Seriously, this should not be as hard as it is. Of course we want to stay in Mission/Noe area.
- Consolidating my student loans. Note to self a .025% reduction in interest on a $30k student loan doesn't save me jack. Don't waste my time.
- Arrested Development - I have a crush on Jason Bateman.
- studying for the GRE . Grad school is the only salvation in getting out of VeriSign - plus its my last opp to rack up my student loans to 100K!

until next time...
